Shipping policy

At EasyBub, we know that timing is everything when you’ve got little ones in tow. That’s why we make shipping your rental gear as smooth and reliable as possible.

How Does Shipping Work?

Once you’ve completed checkout and your payment is processed, we’ll start preparing your rental for delivery.

We currently ship to all mainland UK addresses, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), using trusted courier partners like DPD, Royal Mail or Evri. 

Lead Times

We always do our best to get your items to you by your preferred delivery date. However, availability can vary, and sometimes items are in high demand.

To avoid any last-minute stress, we recommend placing your order as early as possible and allowing a couple of extra days’ buffer before any important travel or plans just in case.

If timing is especially important, let us know and we’ll do everything we can to make it work!

Track Your Order

Once your order is on its way, we’ll email you tracking details so you can keep an eye on your delivery.

Via your tracking link, you can:

  • Select a safe place
  • Choose an alternative delivery date
  • Update to an alternative address, if needed

It’s all designed to make receiving your order as easy as possible.

Shipping Costs

We keep things simple:

£7.50 flat shipping fee (no matter the size of your order)
FREE returns

Shipping is automatically added at checkout - no hidden extras!

Packaging

We reuse boxes where we can. That means your delivery might arrive in a box that’s not brand new- but it will always be clean, secure, and perfectly protective.

Reusing packaging helps us cut waste and keep things more sustainable (and affordable).

Please keep your box and inner packaging, you’ll need it to send your item back.

Missed Deliveries

If you’re not home when your delivery arrives, don’t worry. 

Our couriers may leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour. If that’s not possible, they’ll leave a card or send tracking updates with instructions on how to reschedule your delivery.

We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking link to avoid delays.

If you miss your return collection just get in touch and we’ll help you arrange a new time that works for you.

Free & Easy Returns

Returns are on us! We include free returns with your order. Visit our Returns Page for full instructions on how to return an item. Once you have initiated your return, you will be sent a link to either generate a returns label or organise a collection.
