Getting Started
What is EasyBub?
EasyBub is a UK baby gear rental service offering high-quality prams, carriers, travel cots, and accessories for short- or long-term use. You get premium baby equipment without the cost or clutter of buying.

How does the baby gear rental process work?
Select the items you need, choose your rental dates, and pick a delivery date at checkout. We’ll ship your items to your door, and when you’re done, simply pack them in the original box and return them for free.
How long can I rent for?
You can rent baby gear for up to 3 months at a time. If you need it for longer, just let us know and we can check availability.
We’re also working on a long-term subscription service for families who want flexible, ongoing rentals - coming soon!
Can I pre-order?
Yes, absolutely! You can pre-order your items to make sure they’re ready for the dates you need. We recommend booking early, especially for busy travel seasons, to avoid disappointment.
Are your items new?
Many items are new or nearly new, and all are thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and safety-checked before each rental.
Safety, Cleaning & Maintenance
Is renting baby gear safe for my baby?
Yes. Every item is thoroughly checked, cleaned, sanitised, and safety-tested before it’s sent to you. We inspect wheels, brakes, straps, and all key features to ensure everything works perfectly.
How do you clean and sanitise your baby equipment?
We use a strict cleaning process for every rental. Items are wiped, washed, steam-cleaned where needed, and sanitised using Dew Sanitising Water - a baby-safe, chemical-free solution that kills 99.9% of bacteria.
What happens if something gets damaged?
Normal wear and tear is expected and never charged. If an item is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair, we may charge the replacement cost.

Do I need to clean the item before returning it?
A light clean is appreciated, but don’t worry about deep cleaning - we take care of that.
Delivery & Returns
How much do delivery cost?
Delivery is a flat £7.50 anywhere in the UK. Returns are always free.
How do I return my items?
Keep the original box, pack everything at the end of your rental, and drop it off at your local depot - or book a home collection. Returns are free and simple.
How fast is delivery?
We typically ship with DPD or Royal Mail, who deliver within 1-3 days. Since we rely on third-party couriers, we recommend allowing a little extra time (around 3 days) if you're ordering for a holiday or special event - just to be safe.
What happens if I am not for delivery?
Most of our items are sent via DPD. If you’re not in when they attempt delivery, DPD will send you a message with options to rearrange. If you need any help rebooking, just get in touch with us at hello@easybub.co.uk
How will I know if you’ve received my item?
As soon as your return reaches us, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
Payment Information
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once your item has been dispatched, we’re unable to accept cancellations or changes to the delivery date.

Can I extend my rental?
Yes! You can extend your rental period anytime by emailing us on hello@easybub.co.uk
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Our items do not require a deposit.
